More is Paid to Americans than taken in form of taxes
Government is broken. But the interesting part of this article is that more money is paid out to Americans than they are sending in taxes for the first time in our history.
This article summarizes the concern we have about being dependent on government for our well being...Eventually the well dries up.
I believe South Dakota is home to a sleeping conservative majority poised to change the political dynamic of our Congressional delegation we send to Washington.
Contrary to public opinion, I believe regardless of the Democrat opponent, the Republican candidates have a definite advantage because of the inherent conservative nature of the people of South Dakota.
When it comes to financial matters, I believe a majority of South Dakotans are naturally inclined to expect less from their government in exchange for having a less repressive tax system. A majority understand the more the government gives them, the more the government will take from them.
I also believe the majority of South Dakotans understand the need for social responsibility. It is my opinion that South Dakota is far removed from wanting to raise their children under the influence of the rap music MTV ideology and the Hollywood self-centered culture.
